We allow our residents to "age in place" which allows them to remain in their apartment homes and have increased services brought to them.

The Peaks also offers a Medicare-certified health care center to complete the full continuum of care.

The Peaks is a unique not-for-profit partnership formed by Northern Arizona Healthcare and Intergenerational Living & Health Care and was built on the campus of the Museum of Northern Arizona. Managing the day-to-day operations for The Peaks is The Goodman Group.
