At the Bungalows, seniors enjoy independent living in the privacy of their own, separate home just steps away from the Lodge and the Health Care Center. Our residents enjoy exceptional views, an enriching environment and the full continuum of senior living options.

There are two bungalow floor plans to choose from and both plans include two bedrooms and two bathrooms and are very generous in size.

• The Flagstone Bungalow has 1,270 square feet of living space and a single car garage.
• The Malapais Bungalow has 1,675 square feet of living space and a double car garage.

Bungalow Services

• Five days of respite care in assisted living or at The Peaks Health Care Center
• 40 hours of in-home care per year
• 30 meals per month in the Lodge Dining Room

• Meal delivery to your bungalow six times per year
• One group exercise session per week
