I wear several hats as The Peaks’ Director of Staff Development and the Public Relations/Customer Service Coordinator. I attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, receiving a degree in anthropology, and then attended Pan American University where I earned a nursing degree. Upon moving to Flagstaff, I worked as Parish Administrator at a local church for 10 years. I then served as Director of Pastoral Care. In this position, I saw to the pastoral and spiritual/emotional needs of the congregation. I have also worked as an RN in Labor and Delivery and as Director of Nursing at Edinburg General Hospital. I joined The Peaks in 2007 where I recruit and provide orientation for all new employees. I also develop and execute public service programs for the community of Flagstaff, as well as working to develop new ways to share the story of The Peaks through advertising and public relations. I am married and have four grown children and four grandsons. |
