Greetings, I am the Dietary Director here at The Peaks senior living community in Flagstaff, Arizona. Originally from Phoenix, I have spent the last 10 years living in southern Utah.I have been in the food and beverage industry for the last 20 years.

My career has included work in Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, and northern and southern Utah. I have worked my way up the ranks from all positions in the industry and management, so I have a good understating of all aspects of the business. Most my experience comes from casual dining where I was a Managing Partner for Chili’s restaurants. I have also been involved in start-up companies and restaurants as an Area Director and consultant. My last venture included all aspects from design and construction to menu development and employee training.

I have recently relocated to Flagstaff with my family of five children and two dogs. My wife is also employed at The Peaks as a Registered Nurse (BSN) working in the skilled area of the facility. I enjoy art, scuba diving, and anything outdoors. The community and lifestyle in Flagstaff has attracted us for quite some time. We are both very excited to live and work here and bring our experience and enthusiasm to this community.

I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards that will come with this position. I have numerous years in the “people” business and look forwarding to serving all The Peaks residents as my customers for several years to come.
