I am the Exercise and Wellness Director, as well as the Activity Director for the Bungalows at The Peaks. I enjoy the welcoming and appreciative residents and staff team very much. I enjoy doing what I love in such a healthy environment!

I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management, and have worked in several different fields planning and leading activities, as well as worked at other retirement communities prior to coming to The Peaks.

I was born in Southern California, but raised in Flagstaff and consider this home. My husband and I have been married for five "blissful" years and enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, spending time with friends and family, church activities, and mentoring college students.
