I am the Director of Dietary Services here at The Peaks Senior Living Community. Originally from Rochester, New York, I’ve been in the food service industry since I graduated from Brockport State on a hockey and Lacrosse scholarship. I was recruited by Red Lobster soon after graduation. For the next three years, I had the opportunity to I travel all over the east coast opening up Red Lobster restaurants. I then worked as an assistant chef for an Australian company helping struggling restaurants pass state regulated inspections. Moving to Arizona 10 years ago, I have worked for restaurants in Mesa and Flagstaff (managing the Ski Lift restaurant for two years) before I came to at The Peaks. Now, I have been here for seven years, three of them as Director of Dietary Services! I have enjoyed all the challenges and rewards that come with this position and will continue to work hard for our residents. |
